Smarthotel Tromsø is part of the Smarthotel portfolio — a forward-thinking hotel brand centered on smart design and efficient stays. Tailored to modern travellers visiting Northern Norway, the property supports a visual approach focused on hotel photography, interior imagery, and streamlined brand visuals. The compact, thoughtfully designed spaces make the hotel a great fit for clear, functional imagery that meets contemporary hospitality expectations.

What I Delivered
A focused visual production was developed to strengthen the hotel’s digital presence through both still imagery and motion. The scope included hotel photography, interior and room photography, and architectural/detail images — all produced with clarity and consistency to support modern booking behavior.

Videography was created to expand the hotel’s visual communication, supported by vertical social media reels designed for mobile-first engagement. Lifestyle photography was captured when relevant to introduce a natural guest perspective, and drone footage was produced selectively to provide location context. The final delivery forms a cohesive, marketing-ready content library built for today’s hospitality landscape.

Location
Located in central Tromsø, well above the Arctic Circle, the hotel acts as a natural base for both urban exploration and northern adventures. Seasonal light shifts dramatically throughout the year, creating strong atmospheric conditions for visual production, while the surrounding cityscape allows for drone capture when relevant. The setting helps position the hotel within one of Norway’s most recognizable travel destinations.
